mellgotfit asked: how much milk should I add to protein powder (2 scoops) to make a milkshake? :) xx

I guess it depends on your preference.   How you want it to taste, how thin or thick you want it, if you’re throwing it in the blender with fruit/ice, etc.  The serving suggestion on the tub usually says 8-12 oz liquid per serving of protein.  Also consider that you’re adding calories by adding milk.

So, if two scoops is one serving, I’d keep it to 8 oz of milk.  Sometimes I do half milk half water.   Really, play around with it.  It definitely depends on your own taste 8)
